E-SIGN Consent (Electronic Communications)

UBANLC BANK (N.A.) · Last updated October 7, 2026

Under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), this consent governs our delivery of electronic records. By registering or using the Services, you consent to receive and transact business electronically.

You consent to receive all agreements, disclosures, terms, statements, confirmations, notices and other communications relating to your account and the Services electronically, including through the website, your account portal, and the email address you provide. Electronic delivery is the default method of communication.

2. Scope of communications covered

This consent covers all legally required disclosures and communications, including account-opening terms, the Deposit Account Agreement, periodic statements, funds-availability notices, error-resolution notices, privacy notices, tax forms where permitted, security alerts, and changes to any agreement.

3. Hardware and software requirements

To access and retain electronic records you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email address, and the ability to view and save PDF files. You should retain copies by saving or printing records. We will notify you if hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access records.

4. Requesting paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic record by contacting Customer Care; a reasonable fee may apply as disclosed in the Fee Schedule. Your request does not withdraw your consent to electronic delivery.

You may withdraw consent to electronic communications at any time by contacting Customer Care. Withdrawal may limit the Services available to you, and we may close accounts or terminate the relationship where electronic delivery is required for the product. Withdrawal is effective after we have a reasonable period to act; communications sent before withdrawal remain valid.

6. Keeping your email current

You must keep a current, valid email address and mobile number on file and promptly notify us of changes through Security settings or Customer Care. If email to your address bounces, we may treat delivery as made when posted to your portal.

7. Electronic signatures

Your electronic signature — including checking a box, typing your name, or otherwise assenting through the platform — has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the E-SIGN Act and applicable state law.
